Information of Han's Cooking class for foreigners


This program is based on the pride of Korean traditional food culture and Mrs. Han. Mrs. Han, the principal of Han`s Institute of Culinary Art, has founded the institute in 1968. And She also was appointed as a commissioner of feeding facilities in Seoul Olympic Games in 1988.

This program is divided into two parts. First part is the lecture. And the lecture is given in Japanese and English on major Korean traditional food. After lecture, the second part, is tasting time. You can help yourself to what you made in the lecture. And you can wrap what you made to bring out. And the End of the program, a certificate of completion is presented.

All the equipments are completely furnished.

Kimchi & pulgogi course - cabbage kimchi, pulgogi, fried dishes(we offer kimchi, ginseng tea, rice cake, kimchi can be packed what you make, cookery book)

2.class (PM. 14:00¢¦16:00 About 2 hours·please make a reservation before a day(there are some exceptions according to travellers)

B-course

Kimchi stew course - kimchi stew, pulgogi, fried dishes (we offer kimchi, ginseng tea, rice cake, cookery book)

C-course

Mixed rice course - Mixed rice, pulgogi, bean sprout soup (we offer kimchi, ginseng tea, rice cake, cookery book)

D-course

Kimchi course - cabbage kimchi (we offer kimchi, ginseng tea, rice cake, kimchi can be packed what you make)

E-course

cabbage kimchi pulgogi, fried dish, kimchi stew, among thease you can select two kind of foods.(we offer kimchi, ginseng tea, rice cake, kimchi can be packed what you make, cookery book)
